There was good engagement and we gathered valuable feedback from participants during Therapeutic Hunger Workshop 1… we are now starting Therapeutic Hunger: Workshop 2

What will you learn: How to take control and enjoy small amount of hunger which is so good for your physical and mental health. Always keep some space in your stomach to improve digestion, nutrients absorption and proper waste elimination.

Theme: Cultivate the habit of eating just the right amount of food, based on individual needs and capacity with an aim to optimise digestion, nutrients absorption and waste elimination.

Benefits: Excess weight loss, and improved physical and mental health

Approach: 6-10 weeks self-paced email based workshop topics/lessons. Participants will be sent lesson each week, and asked to share their experiences and progress.
